Melbourne cousins Simon Lam and Chloe Kaul make up the synth pop group Kilo (kl-OH). Off their forthcoming sophomore EP, Well Worn, the duo have released an abstract quick shot video for Walls To Build. Over shots of running water, bubble wrap, and more, Kaul’s serene vocals flutter to the inspiring two-step R&B beat with a pop sentiment by Lam.
“The clip was filmed on a range of cameras and edited by our good friend Hamish Mitchell,” explained the band to Noisey. “‘Walls to Build’ brings influence from a lot of different places and we wanted the varying fidelities in the video to reflect how the ideas came together.”
Watch the video below and look out for Well Worn due for August 5.
