New Orleans-based artist Malik Ninety Five follows up last month’s successful Link Up with another silky single titled Right Now.
Produced by himself, Right Now features a hypnotizing vocal loop of “oooh’s” that keep you fastened as you head nod to the smooth and thick bass. But don’t lose yourself in the beat as Malik drops tight weaves of rhymes as he questions the present and future with a catchy hook that spins into an earworm of nostalgic vibes.
With his new LP, The Paradise Project, due for April of next year, expect to hear more from Malik between now and then.
