It’s been nearly two years since Nick Greenberg Lucas del Calvo of Dog Trainer released their debut EP, “Apartments”. Shortly after its release, The New York-based duo began working on new material which would develop into their forthcoming project titled “Puppyhood”.
Dog Trainer’s first new single from the project is The Kids with its dreamy and sweet blush of wistfulness and the smoky tendrils of melancholia. The accompanying The End follows with driving guitars dragged through the contours of sludge as Greenberg howls, “Am I even in control?”
“Puppyhood” is due out March 1.
