Inadequacy, insecurity, anxiety, imposter syndrome – all internal conflicts that we experience at one point or another. For some of us, it’s perpetual and ever seizing.
On Elina’s debut, Wild Enough, the singer-songwriter explores these feelings: “It’s the story of things I’m faced with and can relate to. I wanted ‘Wild Enough’ to talk about my self-belief in my own ability and the fear of being seen as inadequate but also the will to do better and the pursuit of being proud of who I am and what I accomplish.”
With just a piano backing her gripping vocals, she sweeps and soars in this dynamic ballad, questioning whether she’s good enough, wild enough, simply enough for you, for them, for everyone. Elina need not fear, though, as this is a stunning debut.
