Bradley Allan and Greg Ogan are the Los Angeles-based duo behind the new joint effort called Neo Noir. Following their first release through electronic label Lowly Palace, they recently dropped the second titled, Colors.
With help from London Ellis’ sensuous vocals, Colors is a bombastic spiral of summer-tinged interdimensional textures that weave through millions and billions of kaleidoscopic roots. A confetti of broken hearts and pitched vocals sever tongues with the miraculous scent of swallowed pigments. Fairy tales are lacerated by Neo Noir’s deft touch while a lucid Ellis soars with a watermark so pure and pristine.
