Los Angeles-based duo Neo Noir (Bradley Allan & Greg Ogan) kick off their year with another Lowly Palace cut, this time featuring vocals from frequent collaborator Brooke Williams.
Led by her seductive vocals, a plod of keys quickly builds into a rumble of deep bass with synths that strike and twist with the shrapnel of a crazy, hysterical love from the contours of a tornado. Between these torrential bursts is Williams’ vocals and the menacing hum of what’s to come, and much more is on the horizon from this promising duo.
