It feels like Sophie Meiers has only been around for a few months, but she’s been popping up just everywhere. From Holly to Verzache, and samsin, she’s worked on collabs with everyone. One of her latest cuts titled House Warmth is with a producer we’ve been following since the start, Burbank’s MadBliss.
Delicate and with a touch of restraint, Meiers’ smoky voice is a real joy to listen to as she reflects on home from a rooftop. The smooth instrumental by MadBliss is sublime with slow kicks and a slow jazzy burn. You can just picture these two in an underground jazz bar as everyone sits in silence watching these two talented artists perform.
